Shipping Policy for YouFORM Pads
We do our best to ship orders within five (5) business days due to the nature of our custom-made products. If we have trouble sending your order out, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping Charge(s)
Currently we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate, with options and charges available at the checkout for all Canadian orders. Shipping and delivery to most locations takes six (6) to fourteen (14) days. Once the order is in the care of the shipping carrier, YouFORM Pads cannot control the speed and efficiency of the shipment. However, we will always advicate on your behalf and peovide a replacement, within certain reasonable means, if the shipping carrier loses and/or misplaces your order as it fails to deliver; thereby missing a confirmation of shipment to your designated shipping address.
Carrier Shipping
When we ship an order to you, we do so with good faith that the major carriers we use will properly deliver the package to you in a timely fashion. Should your package not arrive to you in a reasonable time frame, we will check with the carrier to ensure it is on it’s way and there are no delivery problems. Should the carrier experience delivery issues or are unable to locate the package, we will file a claim and work to get your order back out to you as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for shipments lost in transit but we will aggressively work with the carrier and assist in finding your package as much as we are able to. In these rare cases, our goal is always to get your product out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please keep in mind we do not ship over major holidays where there is no regular mail service or over weekends, and any orders placed on Friday afternoon will not ship until the following business day, which is typically Monday.
Please ensure your name and address are correct when you check out. This is your responsibility as the customer and not the responsibility of YouFORM Pads. We will not be responsible for your order if the address that you provide is incorrect.
At YouFORM, we take pride in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping. We understand the importance of receiving your order as soon as possible, so we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as we can.
- Processing time: All orders will be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Carrier shipping time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard carrier shipping typically takes three (3) to seven (7) business days, while expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.
- Shipping rates: Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout for your review before placing the order.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
- International Shipping: We do ship internationally, but the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, dimension and destination of the package, also the import taxes and fee will be charged by the destination country.
- Damaged or lost package: If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
